The PHG1000X offers a multiple station design in an economically-sized footprint and also features a patented press arm system that functions as a chest press station and at the same time replicates the pectoral dumbbell fly. Gym includes a lat bar, a straight bar, and a utility strap, the PHG1000X offers numerous high pulley, low pulley, and leg extension/ leg curl exercises. In additional to the plate-load carriage, you can add an optional 150 lb. selectorized weight stack
